i hope to get a clear answer please. cause I am lost with different people giving my different answers.
I am a Syrian protected person since 6 May which was accepted without the need of a hearing, i have applied for my permanent resident a week ago, my question,
1- when should I expect to get my PR?
2- When should expect for my passport to be returned? (I need to travel to a country that doesn't accept travel documents)
Moreover, I am Syrian but was originally living for the past 20 years in the gulf, now I was able to get a visa to go back to where I was living as I have a 11 years old daughter there, if I decided to withdraw my protection status, do i have to be aborted to my passport country (Syria), or can i go back to were I was living? my USA visa is still even effective for another year can I leave to the USA and from there to my destination?
