Study permit refused 2nd time due to the following reasons:

I’m not satisfied that you will leave Canada at the end of your stay based on your:

1. Purpose of visit
2. Travel history

I’m am born and lived in Dubai for almost all my life.

Reasons for my first refusal were:

1.Purpose of Visit
2.Immigration Status in country of residence
3.employment prospects in country of residence

What should be my next step? Any advice would be really helpful?

How to justify travel history and purpose of visit ?

Apply for CAIPS/GCMS note you will get the real reason

For the first rejection I had applied for caips notes and it was mentioned that the my motivation for this study is not clear. That’s it

employment prospects in country of residence : This means that you have not convinced the officer that you have better employment opportunities in Dubai and hence you will stay back in Canada to find employment. You dont have motivation to return to Dubai.

Immigration status in country of residence: This only means that you will never get a PR/citizenship in Dubai so there is uncertainty about your stay there. You will be looking for permanent solution and hence you are taking the study permit route for PR to Canada.
