PLEASE HELP STOLEN SIN and documents

HELLO,

My SIN number starting with 9 along with ALL other very important documents got stolen, I have reported to police and have a report.

My question are

1. Someone has my SIN number and I have to start work on my SIN, so what if the person who stole my documents use my sin? is it possible to work on someone else's SIN provided that person has all other documents and details of yourself? I am concerned because I am student here and I have only 20 hour limit to work per week, now I have to start work, I dont want to cross my limit because now i will work for 20 hours per week and if someone misuse my SIN then it will be more than 20 hours per week.

2. My SIN number has OLD ADDRESS from another city where I dont live or dont have anyone at that address to check FISHY MAILS.

3. How do I change address on my SIN number?

Please help me guys.

Go to a Service Canada office and get a code. Register online @http://www.servicecanada.gc.ca/eng/online/mysca.shtml

You can check if someone has used your SIN and if ant ROE is found and inform the authorities.

DO I have to go Service Canada office AND register at your link, Because I have already visited service canada office and all they said/told and gave me employment insurance toll free number, I tried calling that number and it gets hang up after 20-40 minutes wait time, Tried this for many times.
