Please, I have a study Permit and wanted to apply for an spousal open work permit for my wife and study permit for my kids .

Please, do I have to apply for them by using my personal GC Key account or my wife has to creat her own GC-Key account and apply on her own ?

I'm not sure about that, but most probably if your study permit is already approved and you are in Canada then they should apply using their own account

They can set up GCkey account and apply attaching some of your document.
