I applied to spousal sponsorship Outland from the U.S. but am currently inland in Saskatchewan. I recently got a passport request letter and sent in everything required via Canada Post. The tracking shows it arrived. It has been over a month so I reached out through the web form and they said nothing arrived. I even have proof of signature. I also recently got a portal invite, so I am very confused. I sent in my info for that and no login yet. Should I resend everything? It cost quite a bit to do so, so I am a little frustrated to keep sending it. Could there have been a miscommunication? Could they just not have opened the package yet? I also read that you typically only get one or the other depending on the type of landing. Should I have gotten both a PPR and a portal invite?
