my friend in manila got her visa more than a month ago, but since the authentication that the POEA is requiring she was stocked and can't leave. her dox in vancouver is now on process. yesterday she received a call from MCE and asking her to report to the embassy, bring with her passport and some dox from the embassy. they told her they have to explain something. she's scared now and really don't know what to do cause she don't have any idea why she need to report. this is the first time hearing this kind of situation. please help if anyone have an idea what this is all about? thank you.
