Please help passport request from Seattle

Hi guys I received ppr last July 27,2012 I send my passport last August 8,2012 they received on August 13..it's almost 3 weeks already I haven't received anything and my Ecas still in process my problem is my medical will expired on September 18, I've heard that the visa validity will be base on the medical expiration. Should I do the enquiry or I just wait them to send the passport back..I understand coz I know Seattle have only few officer checking our papers.. Please any advise... Thank u and god bless to all..

You can call CIC Call Centre on Monday if you still haven't receive your passport @ 1-888-242‑2100 M-F 8am-4pm your local time
