PLEASE HELP NOC 0631/ RESTAURANT MANAGER

Hello,
I am planning to apply under CEC NOC 0631 and when i was reading the job responsibilities for the Restaurant Manager i realized that i do about 80 -90% from all responsibilities indicated on the website. Is it necessary to do everything that is specified in the NOC 0631 responsibilities or 80- 90% is enough. More then that, my annual salary is 40000 and i have been told that that is more then enough for Restaurant Manager.
If anyone applied under the same code please help.

i think 80% to 90% is a good percentage of your daily job duties,just make sure you perform the main duties for your noc as well and that your reference letter include describe your duties and responsibilities in details and include the lead statement for your noc.
