As a Bangladeshi citizen holder can he go to Canada to work? If he has no IELTS. Educational Qualification is HSC.

Please Help me With this situation If have any program for going to working Canada Please Tell me.

You need to secure a job offer from a Canadian employer and that employer needs to also get an approved LMIA. You can then apply for a closed work permit tied to that specific employer. It's generally pretty difficult to secure a job offer in Canada.

No, not possible unless you meet specific criteria such as your spouse being in Canada as an international student. Is your spouse in Canada?
