Please help me ....worried

I apply online canada business visit visa here in UK 5 days ago and gave my biometrics too .I am here in uk for business meeting and conference,I supposed to be here end of the september but today I got a call from my home country and have to go back to my home country urgently .Can I go back and submit my passport from my home country if they ask to submit my passport or Do this travel will reject my visa.Do I need to go to inform Canada high commission to tell them my current suitation?please help me..Really worried.

In case your visa was approved and they request it, you can request to submit it to the Canada Visa Application Centre from your home country.

If visa was granted and they request for your passport you have 30 days to submit your passport. You can either wait till you get back to UK or if 30 days is not enough as mentioned, email IRCC and request your passport to be submitted on the CVAC in your home country.
