Hi ,
I have completed 1 year stay in canada as an international student.
I sent my application to SYDNEY, NS. I have received an email saying that my application is recommended to the visa office for a final determination of eligibility for processing on the basis of: Legal residence in Canada as a Temporary Foreign Worker or Legal residence in Canada as an International Student for at least 1 year immediately preceding the date of application.
Has anyone submitted under the same category?.
Do i need to send all the supporting documents now itself? like police clearnace certificates?
Do i need to keep the previous work experience which i had before coming to canada?
Please guide me in submitting the full application TO BUFFALO office..Thank you in advance.
