Working as Manager/Electrical Engineer in the sales, Installation and Servicing of Precision Test & MeasuringInstruments since 20thJuly,2016. These Precision Electrical, Temperature & Humidity metrology Instruments use for calibration and testing purpose in the Precision Calibration Laboratories.
Work description
• Testing of Precision Test & Measuring Instruments at our site prior installation/commissioning at the customer site which include operation check of instrument.
• Installation & Commissioning of Precision Test & Measuring Instrumentsat customer site.
• Servicing & maintenance of the instruments.
• To provide technical information of these products to the customer to assist in the selection of appropriate models and to our
office staff to quote the right product to customer.
• Troubleshoot technical problems related to the supplied instruments to resolve issues and to provide ongoing support.
• Study existing and new products datasheet, manuals & schematic to provide sales/service support to our customers.
• Assist the customers in the calibration of Electrical & Electronics, temperature & Humidity instruments
via referring technical manuals and written instructions.
• Preparation of budgets, technical specification, reports of installation & maintenance of the instruments.
• Promotion of company products through e-marketing which involve designing of products template, preparation of sales presentations etc. to keep the customer up to date with ourline of products.
• Maintain and grow sales relationship with our existing clients.
• Search tenders on websites related to our product line and bid submission on e-procurement websites of
different organization and follow up the offers till the finalization of order/tender.
• Take part in exhibitions, seminars, conference, technical & commercial user meetings.

Worked as junior engineer(Electrical workshop Engineer) in the testing, installation, servicing and maintenance of various electronics low voltage equipment’s such as EPABX’s System, Key & Push button phones, C.C.T.V, Security Systems (Access control systems, biometric readers, proximity sensor etc) & Video/Audio Door phone systems.
Work description.
• Studying new/existing electronics equipment’s manuals & schematics and providing training to the field engineers on
the working & functionality of these equipment’s to support the installation of the same.
• Testing various low voltage devices prior installation.
• Installation, upgrade and troubleshooting of low voltage devices software.
• Making of low voltage devices compatible cables like line cords, coil cords, LAN cables, MDF cables, audio cables, battery cables etc.
• Inspect, Test, diagnose and repair above electronics instruments by utilizing Digital multimeters, oscilloscopes, IC testers,
LCR meters, Insulation testers etc.
• Provide technical support to the field engineers for the above Electronics Equipment’s during the installation, maintenance
& servicing of the same.
