Please help me .. regarding ordering GCMS notes

A question, i want to order GCMS notes. there is a question "What type of information would you like to request?"what shall i choose: "Notes in electronic file" or "Physical file"

Please advise

if you choose "notes in electronic file", CIC will send you an email with a pdf file attached. PDF note is sufficient for personal use in my opinion.
