I had submitted my application to CIU Sydney, NS in Jan. 2009 with the application fee Canadian $1550 along with my dependents spouse and 3 children. In reply Case Processing Centre (CPC) has wrote me a regret letter on 3rd April 2009 that my application is not eligible to be processed.(I'll also discuss later on in the Forum how and why they have not approved for further processing), with the information that "The fees that you have paid are refundable. You will receive a cheque within several weeks". Almost 8 week have been passed and still I am awaiting for a cheque. Please provide me the proper emial address if you know of their office to ask them about my refund.

Dear Suria
Sorry to get bad news. You can find email address and a link of your corresponding visa office to communicate. Actually it is very difficult to say whether they reply any email. But you can try. Pls. see the link :

Would you pls provide more information about your case ?

Best of luck.

Thank you Syed Rahman. You are right. I sent two emails to Islamabad Office in end of April and Mid of May, but I didn't receive any reply on concerned enquiry. I don't know how long CIU will take to refund my fees.

I had sent my application against Financial Managers NOC 0111. As per company policy I am designated as Manaer Finance, Planning & Analysis for last two years. Proior to this I worked as Assistant Manager for about 6 years and Accounts Officer for 9 years. I used NOC code 1212 for Assistant Manager and 1231 for Accounts Officer. The Service Delivery Specialists has given the reason that my application is not eligible to be processed further because these occupations are not included on the list of eligible occupations specified in the instructions identified by the Minister. I think he/she has created some mis-understanding and rejected my application. Going with 17 points for work experience, 10 for Language (IELTS) and 9 for Adaptability (spouse education plus sister in Canada), I am reaching to 68. Any how Allah Taala ki Maslehat ke Aage hum kutch nahi karsakte.
Presently I am anxiously looking for my submitted fees.

Dear Suria
We all believe that they return fees if the appliaction is not processed. Do not worry. There may be some postal dealy or delay in the vasa office.

Good luck.

Dear Syed Rahman

Thank you. What yoy say, in the meantime will I post them a letter?

Best Regards,

Hi,

I think its FSW-Centralized-Intake-Office@cic.gc.ca

Not sure

Cheers

Dear Suria
Most of us think that CIC seldom reply such type of query. Wait a little more (2-3 weeks), then send a query. They may be in process to refund your money.

Would you pls. let us know after receiving the refund ? Like you many of us waiting for the refund.

Good luck.
