please help me how to fix this problem ahout uploading IMM5708E

I am applying for atemporary resident permit online as a visitor. while uproading form IMM5708E, I found this error: Validation error: You have not completed the mandatory fields or you have not completed them correctly. Please make corrections where indicated.
Error Description: To apply for a temporary resident permit, please complete the application on paper and submit it to a IRCC office. When applying online, please ensure that the checkbox titled "initial temporary resident permit or extension of temporary resident permit" is not checked on the application form.
I felt a little confused. because I have already filled out that form and validated it and successfully generated barcode. besides, I don't understand why "initial temporary resident permit or extension of temporary resident permit" is not checked on the application form. because if it is not checked, the form could not be validated and could not generate the barcode either, let alone uploade this form.
I tried many many times, but didn't work at all. I also sent a technical report, and got some suggestions but unforturnately this problem still hasn't worked out.

so I am wondering if anyone has ever encoutered similar issues. if so, please help me!

The form is validated against what you have submitted to generate the checklist. For example, if in the online wizrd you stated that your status expires in Nov 2nd and in the form you stated that it expired in Dec 2nd then the validation would fail.

Said that you will have to go field by field in both the online information AND the IMM to verify that the questions match.

Are you actually in Canada on a TRP? TRPs are special permission allowing inadmissible people to come to Canada.

I just kind of fixed this issue by making a small change: I checked the box of the third question about I am applying for "extension my temporary resident status" other than the previous selection of "initial temporary resident permit or extension of temporary resident permit" in the form of IMM5708E. I previously applyed for a temporary resident permit which expired July this year and I had been out of Canada since this January and came to Canada again this October, so that's why I initially selected "initial temporary resident permit or extension of temporary resident permit"
I don't know what that may cause difference, as I need a temporary resident permit from this application. so I amd wondering if I could still get a temporary resident permit having a longer stay pemmision if I select extension my temporary resident status.

Your post really doesn't make sense.

Do you understand what a TRP, Temporary Resident Permit, actually is? It is NOT the same thing as a TRV, Temporary Resident Visa.

If you require a TRP, you wouldn't have been able to enter Canada in October without one.

You need to clarify your situation and what you are actually trying to apply for.

Some posters incorrectly use terms that actually mean specific things in IRCC's terms...(e.g. lots of people here say they want to "extend their visa", which is not literally possible, but rather, they either want to extend their visitor status or apply for a new TRV). Knowing their intent helps the rest of us figure out how to suggest the correct process for them.
