please help me about decision made

hi everyone.. i am new here...
i married march 2009 ..my wife is canadian...
my statu was in process till yesterday.. now it says decision made..

'we received your application to sponsor ABC on december 1, 2009.
we started processing your application on january 6,2010.

we sent you letter on february 19,2010 about to decision on your application.
please consider delays in mail delivery before contacting us.'

that i can see on the CAS(client appl. status)

i have already sent medical exam on january 14,2010 ..they asked my wife on the phone so...

Is anyone tell me it is good sign or bad? Please share your expriences..

I take it your are applying outland, through Mississauga? If yes, then likely they made a decision on the sponsorship part of the app. If you don't suspect there might be something wrong with that, it is probably good news. After Mississagua, it goes to the visa office for the applicant's home country.

my wife applied in canada but i live in turkey..
she lives missisauga ,she applied there..

Tell your wife to lookin the mail her letter will be coming in the mail shortly

Looks like sponsorship as been approved !!!! Its been 44 days and that is how long CPC miss is taking these days ...

Now on ward with the file to the emabassy responsible for turley ...Where your appliation startess for PR
