Please help!!!!

My wife and only sone is Canadian Citizen. My wife is sponsoring me. In the generic application form IMM 0008, should I have to include their name as dependent? I am bit confused.

No. In this case, dependents refers to any children you have. The sponsor would definitely not be a dependent.

Child with Canadian passport should also be mentioned as dependent? He is not included in my application as he is already a citizen.

The form says to declare all dependents including spouse who are NOT Perm Res or citizen of Canada.
So no, you don't have to list your son in that section
BUT
for good measure and clear understanding I would make it abundantly clear in the answers to the written questions
that you have a son, and you have a genuine relationship with your spouse and with your son.
It doesn't hurt to make sure they understand that you are being totally forthcoming and that you are involved in their lives.
