Please help - How to receive COPR from Outside Canada and USA?

Just received an email the my visa is ready. and issuing COPR.

I am outside Canada in my home country. Could you please advice me what the next step would be?

Do I submit my passport and the necessary documents to the local visa office with my email?

If you are from a visa-exempt country, you don't have to submit your passport. You receive the COPR in the mail (presumably, you have updated CIC/IRCC with your address, as required) and then you "land" in Canada with the COPR before the expiry date.

Given that your email did not instruct you do send the passport, I am assuming this is the case (what is your home country?)
