Hello everyone,

I need help urgently i have applied full application for MPNP but got letter saying that they are not satisfied with settlement plan and have to reply with in june 23rd due to misrepresentation.

Here is letter details from MPNP.

This letter is in reference to your application for nomination by the Manitoba Provincial Nominee Program (MPNP) received on January 26, 2019.
Application guidelines that can be found on www.immigratemanitoba.com clearly indicate that the Manitoba Provincial Nominee Program (MPNP) may not approve an application if the program officer is not satisfied that the applicant meets the MPNP criteria and/or has provided truthful, complete and correct information in support of their MPNP application.
Specifically, the Settlement Plans provided by you and Manitoba Supporter do not indicate a feasible settlement plan that clearly and comprehensively outlines your intention for establishing your work and social life in East St. Paul. Therefore, you cannot claim 50 points for Regional Immigration under Adaptability factor in your EOI.
Your EOI points were recalculated as follows 600 - 50 = 550, which is below the Lowest Ranking Score of 596 for Draw#54. Based on this, you would not have been eligible to receive an Invitation to Submit Application for MPNP.
Before a decision is made in your case, we are providing you with the opportunity to comment on the above concern and provide any additional relevant documentation. Please make sure these are scanned in either PDF or JPEG format with a minimum of 300 DPI resolution in colour and each file must be less than 2MB each. Kindly upload these documents to your MPNP online file and email us at immigratemanitoba@gov.mb.ca as soon as you have done so.
You have until June 23, 2019 to respond to our concerns.
If you choose not to respond with additional information or the new information forwarded by you is not satisfactory, a decision will be made based on the information in your file.
Please note that if it is found that you have engaged in misrepresentation in submitting your application, you may be a subject of a ban, which will prevent you from submitting another application to the MPNP for a period of two years.
Sincerely,
This letter is computer generated and does not require a signature

My case Draw Number #55 just rejected because I had selected the Brandon city as my supporter resides at Winnipeg. Is there any option left for me.

Or how can I get the review details and comments of my case officer.

Dear Sukhneet Kaur -:
This letter is in reference to your application for nomination by the Manitoba Provincial Nominee Program (MPNP) received on October 27, 2021.
In your online application, it appears that you are working with an immigration representative but the person was not officially declared or authorized to act on your behalf.
According to the MPNP website:
“If you choose to hire a representative, he or she must be authorized according to the MPNP Code of Conduct, which you, the client, must also sign.
A program officer spoke to you on December 21, 2021. When asked, if you are using the services of a representative, you confirmed that you paid a representative to assist you with your application. The officer asked the name of the representative and you confirmed the representative’s name as Bhagwant Singh Batt.
Failure to declare an immigration representative or recruiter in connection with an MPNP application may result in a refusal of your application. Based on information gathered during the assessment of your application, it appears that you have withheld information and the MPNP is not satisfied that the application was prepared without the help of an undisclosed immigration representative.

Is there a reason you didn’t disclose that you used an immigration consultant?

May I add one more question in this topic?

One of My friend, when she submitted EOI, she filled something wrong information (which is not relevant to marks deduction).

So after that, she fill the application form of mpnp, she changed back and uploaded the correct document.

Is it a matter?

Thanks guys

You willfully disclosed it or you disclosed the information after it was asked for?

If she corrected the error via webform before an error was discovered it should be fine.

IT is very important to respond. Do not commit the mistake of not responding to this email, prepare a response carefully with the help of your rep.

So we were on call and officer asked if i got help from any representative services and i said yes , she asked me the name but I didn’t say the full name all the remember the last name of my consultant as i was nervous. Then she said did you paid them and i said yes. But she didn’t seem satisfy i dnt know why . She said but why i doesn’t say in your application even though she already knew the name of my consultant. As i am pretty sure we attached the code of conduct in relation to representative while submitting my file.
