Hi, I was filling the Background declaration form and for section # 8, I have worked for a certain period from home. Should I mention the city from where I worked or the city where my office for whom I was working is actually located.

I suggest writing the city where you were actually working (e.g. your home city), and attach an extra sheet explaining that you were working out of a home office (telecommunting), and that your employer was located in X City.

hey Jes_ON, I have a questions. I am still working in Canada on a WP and it is in the process of extension. What should be the end date I should be putting in all the forms?

the thing is that my WP expired in september and I applied for an extension. got an LMO approval though :)
I am so confused as to what should be the end date in all the cec app forms :(
Please help.

End date can be date you fill the forms, but when you print it, draw a line across the date and write "present" in the "To" field.

Hi senorita, do u mean I should strike out the date and write present?but.what happens to the validation I do when I electronically fill the generic form?

You could use the date you filled the form and when you "print" the form(i.e. after validation), you can use a pen to draw a line across it and write "present" in the "To" field.
