Native Language Column in Background Declaration form....!!!

Hi Guys.

I sent my CEC application last week but I did some mistake in filling the background declaration form. My native language is Punjabi and I put N/A in the column where it was mentioned to write the name in a native language. I thought it is not applicable to me. Now, my question is will my application returned back by them for this very reason? Thanks

I dont think it will be a big issue as one of my friends did the same and he already landed in Canada. Infact, there is nothing much you can do now since you are still waiting for AOR. If you get your AOR, you can still send an updated form if you wish to be on a safer side.

A minor mistake. Do not see your application being returned as CIC could take English to be your native language with you marking N/A. Though your IELTS scorecard and IMM0008 native language column could bring in some confusion. Just make sure to send a fresh background declaration form once you get your AOR with a covering letter.

I am in the same boat as yours. I missed the native language section too.
I have recieved AOR but wondering which address I have to send the updated forms.
Please let me know where did you send? to CIO Sydney / CPP - Ottawa?
