Please help - Family details missing in eAPR

Hi friends, I submitted my eAPR on 28th Dec but today I noticed that extended family details of my father and mother are missing.

Please help me how can I proceed?

Are you sure you entered those details ?
If not you ll need to file CSE and provide family details ASAP.

If you think you entered family details while filing eAPR, please logout and login again after sometime. I was facing the similar situation while checking. Sometime CIC site does not load data. so re-check again if it does not come up, file CSE at earliest..

Thanks for replying CJS. But I remember that I filled the details and even after checking many times I don't find them there.

I'm a single applicant and parents are not dependent.

clear cookies and check again.
otherwise file CSE as technical error that you are not able to see your family details which you had provided.
In addition to this give your family details in that CSE query as well.
