Please Help : Express Entry Profile Ineligible despite multiple submission.

Hello All,

Please somebody advice on the profile created with below details,
Age: 42
IELTS: June 2017
IELTS Score:
Listening:8.5
Writing: 6.5
Reading: 7.0
Speaking:7.5
WES assesed : Bachelor 4 Years Degree in 2014 (Still Valid)

NOC :1123 as the primary job code.
10 years work experience.
Canadian fund: 100000.

I Keep getting this message:
Below are a few examples of why a candidate will be found ineligible: • not having a valid language test, • language test results that are more than two years old, • a language test score that is too low, • not having enough relevant work experience, • not having the required education level, • not having enough funds.

Not sure whats wrong, Please advice

WES assessment date in report? How much amount you are mentioning you will bring to canada (in CAD).. How much CRS score you're getting. There might be other answers you might be selecting in drop down which is making ineligible
