Error : Profile ineligible instead of eligibility | Express Entry Profile

Hi All,
I am a 26-year-old single male having a bachelors degree(4 years course) in Computer science. My IELTS score is 7 (S:7.5, L:8.5, R:6.5, W:6 ). I have a total experience of 4 years as a Software Engineer. I have done with my WES assessment. I am getting a score of 376 in my CRS score stating that I am eligible for Express Entry.

But, While creating my Express Entry profile, after submitting all details correctly, it throws me current status message as "Profile ineligible".

Below are a few examples of why a candidate will be found ineligible:
• not having a valid language test, -- Valid IELTS
• language test results that are more than two years old, --Given in 2019
• a language test score that is too low, -- Band 7 (S:7.5, L:8.5, R:6.5, W:6 )
• not having enough relevant work experience, -- 4 years Indian work experience as software engineer
• not having the required education level, -- Bachelor of Engineer (4 years) WES verified
• not having enough funds. -- 30,000 CAD

Can anybody please tell me, Why my profile is getting ineligible again and again?
 
Do you have at least 1 year of 'continuous' work experience out of the 4?
Check your NOC code.
Your primary NOC code must be the same as your work experience.
 
I have 4 years of continuous work experience with NOC 2173 (Software Engineer).

Age score: 12 (26 years old)
Education: 21 (B.E.)
Work Experience: 13 (4 years)
Language: 22 (W:6, R:6.5, L: 8.5, S:7.5)

Total Score: 68.
 
What is the Canadian equivalence as per WES?
Is it exactly 4 years of work experience or a little less? Like 3 years and 11 months?
