Please help: Does raising a webform help?

Hi dears,

I want to raise a webform and update the imm1295e form where clicked "Yes" to the question "Have you previously applied to enter or remain in Canada? "

I mentioned previous approvals and refusals but I did not mention one WITHDRAWAL of a TRV application. I thought since I withdrew it, it was never an application.

However, I dont want to risk

I ask your kind response if I can send a letter explaining the situation, and upload an updated imm1295e form on the webform?
My application still is in progress and eligibility review has not yet started. Does webform address these kinds of issues and will the updated form be made part of my application ?

How do we know if the additional information / document is attached to the profile?
And how long does it take for the document to be attached to application?
