Fingerprints requested: May 3rd; Submitted by me and Received by IRCC before end of May.
Citizenship test updated to 'completed' on June 4
Citizenship ceremony is showing as 'not started', everything else is showing as 'in progress'.

It's been 4 months since any update. I'm a bit worried. What can I do to speed up the process, or at least find out what's going on?
