please Help about WES report.

Dear i have on query about WES report.

WES organization send us education equivalent report in Hard Copy form? or from website we can download it and print it for FSW application.

Please can any body elaborate me about WES report.

It doesn't work this way. Initially you need to setup an account with WES(http://www.wes.org/ca/fswp/index.asp) and get all the relevant documents sent to their address and make sure they are duly certified and attested as per WES's requirements.

Once WES has completed your credential assessment CIC would be able to remotely access all your information through their database. Complete all the forms and mention the WES's reference number on CIC's forms before couriering the documents.

thanks to reply...please can you clarify that , Once WES will done my equivalent report , Should i need to attach hard copy of WES report in FSW application ? or only need to write reference number of WES report at application form ? Can i Access my WES report Via web and take print of it?

I have already sent my doc to WES , Should i need to wait hardcopy from their side?

No you dont need to send any hard copies to CIC! .Like I said CIC would access the electronic copy from WES's database. You just mention your WES reference number and send all the documents once WES has completed and confirmed the credential evaluation. Do not send the documents before that as your application would be incomplete and most likely be refused!

please Help about WES report.

I got my degree evaluated from WES which has 4 year canadian equivalency which makes 67 points for me.But the hard copies received has wrong DOB and i came to know it is because of the wrong DOB mentioned in the transcripts sent by my university in sealed envelope to WES.

Now WES is asking me to get the original transcripts again with correct DOB and sent to them in sealed envelope.It will take approx 2 months to get all the procedure done and by that time i am afraid the caps will be filled

I have all my docs ready and was going to file my case.

Pls help me to know how much impact of DOB in WES report will make in my case as all the docs which i am sending(Birth Certificate,Matric,Passport) has correct DOB.

CIC requires the following documents to be send in ORIGIONAL (not copies):

1- Education Credential Evaluation (ECA) report - most of us have got it from WES
2- Police Certificates from all countries where you have lived for more than 6 months including your home country
3- IELTS result report

Everything else sent to CIC should be photocopies.
