Please help! 4 Months Since FSW Application Sent and No Confirmation

Hi everyone.

I am a brazilian who submitted a FSW application in July and have not received confirmation of receipt from the visa office nor can I confirm my application status online, although I did receive confirmation from the post company that my package arrived at the correct destination in Canada in July.

Does any one know who I can contact to find out what is happening?

You can tell us your NOC and the exact date that your application arrived and we can check our spreadsheet and give you an idea if you made it in the CAP or not.

If you don't like that option, then you can follow the steps below to contact CIC and do a query yourself.


To know the status of your application by calling cic from outside canada
dial - 0016139444000
select 1 for English
then 1 for foreign affair
2 for immigration
call is being transferred to cic
then 1 for English
2 for status
1 for PR
8 digit client id number will be asked
listen the request 3 times without entering client id number
then the call is automatically transferred to an agent
agent will ask information about last name, first name, date of birth, application received date, email id etc
then agent will check in the system and shall give feedback

PER, is positive eligibility report when you receive a reply from CIO and they encash your CC/DD (Credit card/Demand Draft). AFter this you file is transferred to Visa office for further processing.

PER is Positive Eligibility Review. If your Credit Card has been charged for application fee and you already have the payment confirmed, then you have nothing to worry about. Your application may have sail through the initial eligibility review. CIC will not encash application fee if application did not pass the eligibility criteria. Be at peace and wait patiently for your PER mail any moment from now.

about the payment...well I paid it online using a credit card so the receipt was kind of automatic!
Anyway I'm calling them soon!

Hi

I am Pakistan and my FSW application was received by CIC office on 4th Sept 2014 but till to date i haven't heard anything from them now they have deducted the payment.
I called them but representative diverted me to Sydney office and told me that i can get status from there.

Please guide me to get the exact status of my application.
