Please guide regarding experience

Hope you are fine. Actually i am willing to apply for the immigration to Canada. I wannt to know if our occupation is in NOC list with category B then can i consider my experience as work in canada?
2nd what does foreign work exp. means. I am residing in UAE so my work here will my exp be consider as foreign work exp?

Foreign Work experience - Any work experience obtained outside Canada.

means i am working here in UAE will be consider as foreign work experience? and what about NOC occupation list? will it be consider as canada work experience if my profession lies between 0 A or B?
