yaar waseem plz check my case and be honest.
My sponsor is in pakistan. he is a wholeseller of electric compiances. Balance in his account was 51000 cad $ . He is a member of chamber of commerce and industry as well.I submitted his business letterhead,affidavit from him, tax documents, business card, chamber of commerce & industry member certificate and card., mtn certificate as well.
I showed property worth of 80 lacs on my name. I submitted inteqaal copy together with property evaluation certificate from a registered property dealer.
Plz give me a honest suggestion

2 Students from Pakistan got rejection for winter 2011. They both have sponsorship from their uncles.

It took some effort but I have found both the evidences.

The 2nd applicant name was saadkhan9009 (http://www.canadavisa.com/canada-immigration-discussion-board/profiles/saadkhan9009-u142270.html)
He got admission in University of Regina for winter 2012.

The reason for rejection was:
1) purpose of Visit 2) Your personal Assets and Financial Status.

Most of students who make their uncle as sponsor get the following reason for rejection:
1. Your personal Assets and Financial Status.

It does not mean that I am proving anyone wrong here, I just want you to know that this thing can happen so prepare your case well. I am sure there must be cases where sutdent would have successfully got study permit with his uncle as his sponsor. CIC website also shows that you can have sponsors other than parents but you have to justify.

Dear your case is different because you have a property that is in your name. SaadKhan did not show property documents. But one of my family cousin name Umair he took admission in Thompson Rivers University. His sponsor was his father's Boss. He got visa in 2010. Basically it's totally based on Luck.
