There is a "notice of termination of employment" and if you did not comply with that could be ground for complaint, probably not ban unless you did something worse than just breaking the contract. Unless there was abuse on the part of the employer and on this ground you can report the employer and leave without the notice of termination.

My frend just runaway from our employer, cause honestly there is an abuse from our employer like not paying OT rate and not following the contract.. If ever we're can he ask for helped?? And running from employer can affect the future application of PR or other LMO??
 
Report them to Service Canada.
