Please Clarify Travel Question

I am offically a PR of Canada effective July 16, 2019.

I have received my PR Card and My SIN Number is active .

I wanted to know What documents should I carry if I am travelling outside of canada and when i renter Canada ?

Just your valid PR card and a valid passport.

Just a couple of other points.

1. Obviously for the destination country you want to travel to, you will need whatever the visa requirements are for that destination country based on the country that issued your passport (e.g. if you have a British passport and want to fly to the US, you will still need an in date ESTA etc.)..

2. On re-entry to Canada, if you use one of the new electronic kiosks (I think every major Canadian airport has then now), it is your PR Card that you scan, NOT your passport. Of course you still need to show both your PR Card and passport to the CBSA guy once you get your printout.
