Hi guys, I am a recent graduate from the University of Calgary. I have my bachelors in Mechanical Engineering(5 years with a a one year coop) and I am currently on my post grad work permit(got it feb 2016).

The PNP program is the only way for me to get my PR, correct ? (as a post grad)

I was reading through the rules: albertacanada(dot)com/opportunity/immigrating/srs-post-graduate-worker.aspx

and am i correct in assuming that all i need to do is find an engineering job with a company? The company doenst need to provide any additional documents for me/sponsor me or bother with any of the bells and whistles of my status here?

So once i get a full time NOC A position, i can just apply for AINP? Is it that easy or am I missing something? Does this guarantee a PR or is there anything else i can do to make mp application stand out?

Thank you in advance!
