Need help , actually mummy mother applied for supervisa with upfront medical and but after week embassy send medical request and but not passport and I email them with documents and asked doctor he said we already sent them . I don't know what to do ???

I was tracking application it was showing at Delhi embassy but now I am tracking it's showing at Bangalore embassy how it's possible ?? What it means? .

It depends on which city your mom lives.

Or it could be that NDVO has transferred her file to the Bangalore VO (maybe because of high volume of applications)

Mom lives in Punjab , Bangalore is opposite side from Punjab ??
