Please advise !!! Mistake in online BOWP application

Hello Friends,

I submitted my online BOWP and Spouse Open work permit application last week. I noticed that in the Family representative form (IMM5713E), we are missing one signature.
Is there a way we can upload the scanned document again with reference to the submitted application. Any help would be highly appreciated.

It is only family representative form so i dont think it is a big deal.. dont worry about it
