In my letter for MR, it is mentioned as below:

The following processing fees are outstanding: The right of permanent residence fees x 2
Please visit our website for specific instructions regarding I'ee payments -
www DOT canadainternational.gc.calnew_york/i...

That mean, I have send $ 490 X 2 = $ 980 in single draft. I have two kids ages 2 and 6 years. For kids, RPRF is not required ?

Please advise.

Yes. One draft with the mentioned fees (980 CAD) and none for your kids. Kids don't require fees for landing.

Which Visa Office are you from? And when was your application rcvd by CIC?
