Please Advice: Additional Docs not Properly Delivered to CIC

I have sent PCC thru Canada express post and was delivered to Ottawa yesterday. But after I check the tracking, I see that the documents have been delivered at the mail room. Is this fine? Has this happened to anyone else?

Where else would it be received, the mail room receives all mail.

PMM, it never said Mail room to me before when I sent the application.

Hey yahoo, just sent them an email and ask if they have received your application. I just received today an email from them confirming that they received my letter and updated my file.
