Planning travel without PR card

So i hold Canadian refugee travel document and lost my PR card, i plan to leave Canada this weekend for 5 weeks and plan to apply for PRTD when returning back .

Question is since i don't hold an actual Passport what are the chances i might be denied a PRTD and couldn't come back to Canada???????

Also my Citzenship application is in progress

I hope you are not traveling to your Original country of nationality? Unless very urgent I would advise you see your Citizenship process through first
