Planning to try my luck with Express Entry

Education: 1 year certificate(Web Designer)
Exp: 1 year
Position: Front end software engineer

For a long as i remember, i want to immigrate in Canada.I started to think about immigration for some time. My only problem might be my age and my experience and my education.

From March, i am planning to attend some English class to update my level for Language skill.
Should i wait and work to get more experience? Let's say to work 3-4 more years.

Best of luck. Bear in mind that you lose 5 points for every year after the age of 30. Personally, I'd stick in your EOI now. You can always update it as you gain more experience.
