Hi I am planning to sponsor my mom through super visa. Back home we don't have properties but she own a small store. Is there any chance that she will be approve for Visa? With me and my husband I think we meet the LICO criteria. Thank you

It's hard to say based on the very limited information you have provided. It will depend on her overall profile including ties to her home country, funds available to pay for her trip and previous travel.

You and your husband must meet LICO in order for her to have a chance of being approved.

Hi Scylla. Before anything else I would like to say Thank you for the reply. I checked our last year income tax and we meet the LICO criteria.
My mom owned a small store in front of the house that their renting. She lived with my dad, my brother who have 4 kids and my two cousins. Her only purpose here is to see and spend time with my 3 kids who she didn't see for more than 6 years in person and to spend time with her too as we didn't see each other for 11 years.
