Planning to get BCPNP through Tech Pilot program. What should I inform my potential employers before signing the job offer?

Hi,

I'm a recent graduate and applying for PGWP soon.

I've been doing interviews lately and was wondering if it's necessary to tell them about the tech pilot program before signing the offer.

Is it something that they must know in advance to support me with this program later since it does not require any form of sponsorship or financial support?

I'm worried that it might scare them away for some reason.

I just told them that I can work for 3 years and that I won't need their sponsorship.

Is this Tech pilot program will need anything for them to do something with the gov?

Also, Is it normal to inform them that I can work for 3 years in the initial screening stage?
