Planning for applying PR

I am planning to apply PR for Canada

I am an IT Professional with 14 yrs of experience

Highest degree: MBA
Age -36
Exp: 14 yrs

Please help me know the process as to how to proceed with the process.

My assessment score is 443

1) Do I take general or academic IELTS

2) MY PCC and medical are a year old. Do I need to get new documents

3) How do I start my Educational Qualification assessed?

Not sure where you are from but given your qualifications you may actually make more money at home. We are seeing this regularly in places like India even though cost of living and taxation is much less. Something to reallylook into.
