1. I am still a Filipino
2. I got married to a Filipino in Canada then got divorced when I am still a Filipino Citizen
3.Never married in the Philippines and didnt register our marriage in the Philippine Embassy in Canada.
4. I have a new bf / fiance.
5. We are planning to get marry in the Philippines (He tried to get a visitor visa to come here in Canada but got denied, our plan to marry here couldnt happened.)
6. I requested for a Cenomar from NSO and received right now written that i dont have any marrriage record.
I am so confused right now, if I am allow and can legally get married to my fiance in the Philippines. I read some forums that my divorce will not accept in the Philippines, If i get married in the philippines right now our marriage certificate still void. Because technically I am still married in the philippines even we didnt register it. I am just scared if we push our wedding and got married in the Philippines and I will not declare that I am divorce in Canada. Is it will affect
