Guys what would be the application processing center of an applicant with the following situation
A citizen of visa non-exempt country, continuously residing in the US for the past 10 years, entered on a visitor (entry valid for 6 months) then out of status for years but received work authorization 4 years ago. So basically status in the US is not legal PR but a temporary resident authorized to work. Where would this application go for processing. Concerned about travelling in case of interview scheduling
