Original LCR (Local Civil Registrar) birth certificate for yourself, original dedication certificate and/or other original documents establishing identity (old school records, voter ID, etc) MUST also be submitted)
Original Passport.....yong and/or other original docs second option na toh diba?am i right?please i need your opinion here .....my-toronto

hi may i ask your timeline? you should submit the requested documents before the deadline. for the supporting documents establishing your identity, you can submit any of the them like you can submit college and hs diploma or ids, old passports, etc. it is up to you but the rest, you should comply

hello sa lahat nag email sila sa hubby ko and also sa akin(wife)...they just email us kahapon April 5,2013 parating narin sa inyo pray hard and be strong lang tayo am very much excited sa news.this time inaa ayos ng hubby ko kelangan.thanks just sharing lang ....have a wonderful day everyone.and yes we submitted our apps september 11,2012 and ottawa pilot email us back oct 26 last year tas me kulang naihabol naman tas dec. 10,2012 nasa CEM na apps namin.goodluck sating lahat god bless!
