Antataas pa namn na scores mo pinaynurse! Kung ako naman cguro yan at 7k for the fee pagrecheck sa writing mo cguro il retake nalng cguro syang naman un pag same score pa din bye bye 7k.

@ praywr sword. Im not sure aboit this na kc but how long will u have to retake the test ulit ba? Pwd ba monthly take or it takes 3mos before u can sit in again? Im a little confused o baka sa nclex yata un... Correct me if im wrong sis thank u !

di ko sure about yung retake, i think you can do it monthly eh... nahihirapan ako sa situation mo sis, nakakabanas din sakin kung mangyari yan kasi .5 lang ang kulang... :-X buti naman sana kung ang retake lang eh ung writing tapos ibgay yung same topic... hehehe

Hi prayer sword! And alam ko di pwd hindi pa assess papers mo kc titignan ng sec ano dpat mo enrol gaya sabi ni blistex kung san ung weakness na subj mo. Anyway i searched a website un mount royal university i posted the link earlier nakita ko ung list ng subjects usually for IENs 11 un na subj yata at malay mo i na assess ka ng sec eh 2 lang kunin mo eh di very good heheh! Dream tau sna ganyan lang hahaha. Try

Dito ako Edmonton. Sana makapunta ka na dito agad, may application ka na ba for PR thru your hubby? Sa Mount Royal University ako, and yes sa Alberta. 1st course ko ang Nsg. Nag apply ako June 2010, Sept 2010 ako nakareceive ng response from CARNA, stating na nareceive nila lahat requirements. So I think, a good 3 months after submission ng application (complete). SEC, aba mahirap. 3 years din kasi ako na out sa profession natin. THey will only require you SEC pgkatapos nila assess sayo after submission ng papers sa CARNA. Yung sa courses naman, kung ano yung weaknesses mo sa SEC, yun assign nila na courses sau. check mo website ng mtroyal.ca search mo SEC assessment and BCN program. Andun lahat ng info.

wow very nice, sana magkita2x tayo dito. Kelan kau nag apply ng hubby mo for sponsorship? Dito na ako nag apply under spouse/common-law, kakareceive ko lng ng Open working permit. Nung June 2010 ako nag apply sa CARNA so I dont have an idea gaano na katagal processing ngayon. About sa application nsa website ng CARNA nurses.ab. $550 na ata ngyon, not so sure sa exact amt. Yung SEC later na yun i-assign sayo pagna-receive na ng CARNA papers nyo, including the transcripts from the school and PRC. Its an assessment of your nursing knowledge and skills. You can check it sa MRU website, mtroyal.ca for the details. Depende din sa availability yung SEC, kasi sa MRU-Edmonton and Calgary lang ito ino-offer. If ok naman result mo, few courses lng ask sayo na tapusin through a bridging program. If makuha mo visa mo, mas ok at CELBAN n lng take mo, may mga organizations dito for landed immigrants in preparation for SEC and CELBAN.

sana po ok lang if i join .. really want some group like this.. lalo na parepareho tau ng profession laking tulong po nung nabasa ko mga post and comments nio,

i would strongly suggest that you retake it instead of making a request for a recheck.
kahit na po by rule na given that if they were wrong by giving you that unwanted score coz you deserve a higher one.they might give you that score you should have had and refund all your cost however, it my take sometime po, i am sure they inform you about that, pero since nagreview ka nman na and you have underwent the exam just recently.. i think you can nail that second take to have a better grade on your writing exam. sana po wag mo mamisunderstand ang sinasabi ko, pero po it is just a .5 difference and i know the confidence you had before you took that 1st take exam is still fresh.. do concentrate on your writing and further enhance on spelling and conjunctions minsan po kasi sabi nila dun lang nagkakaron ng prublema mga examinees probably because of pressure na rin. anxiety tends to become intense, so we may overlook spellings , punctuations and conjunctions. Plus redundancy po at sa pagdeliver ng ideas. Not necessarily required the use of complex ideas, simple thoughts delivered spontaneously may really make an impression to the checker. I really hope you won't mind my unsolicited advice.yun lang po.

according sa mga nababasa ko, sa ontario okay na ang 6.5 sa writing, 6.5 reading, 7 sa speaking and 7.5 sa listening....siguro, different provinces, different requirements...meron mababa, meron sobrang taas naman. sa quebec daw mas lalong mataas daw.

sabi ng asawa ko, ill take the exams again nalang. mejo nakaka depress kasi, mga kasama ko sa review center, 5.0 na band score, grabe na ang tuwa kasi yun lang naman ang kelangan sa UK. Sa U.S, 6.5 ang kelangan...kahit alam ko, mas mataas score ko sa kanila, disappointing pa din. Gusto ko sana kumuha ng exams sa March 10, pero di ko alam if close na ang registration. Sabi ng ka forum natin, hanggang dec. 27 pa daw. Try ko nalang if makakahabol pa. If not, Ill try some other scheds nalang. Hay grabe nato!!! hehehe.

big help talaga tong forum. sa mga nag hihintay ng visa tulad ko, hay....sana dumating na visa natin.

mga ka forum mates, wag tayo mag worry so much sa ielts. di sia sobrang hirap, kaya natin to!!!

ay.. pasencia na po.. nimodify ko nalang ang comment ko, pasencia na po i got confuse sa mga names nio.. kasi basa lang ako ng basa ng comments at posts nio.. pasencia na talaga.. opo sana talaga maging frends tau for real.. i mean yun na nga po yung sabi nio na magkitakita tayo dun.. and not just here na virtual friends sa forum.. sana we can get to see each other in flesh.. ahahha sorry talaga ng madami sa sablay ko.

see.. you got a better score than some of your review mates.. and you yourself acknowledge the fact that you are way better. and i am sure at the back of your mind there is the voice that says.. " yes it is possible that i can do better in my next take, though you may feel a small percentage of anxiety i can say that deep inside of you, you know that you want it and you know you can get that "thing" better ielts score... so.. gather up yourself sweety and just take it whenever you are ready.. rely on your hubby.. he pushes you cause he knows that you can do it.
pray and ask for god's guidance.. claim it and you shall have it..

ielts is just an exam.. a piece of paper.. that we need to fill in .. we have to listen to a recording, read an article and just analyze and write our thoughts, or maybe interpret other's ideas.. depending on whatever it is that may be presented to you.talk continuously on whatever topics they may throw at us.. that is what ielts is.. reality check.. we are bigger than that ielts.. and as all of us knew for a fact that anyone can take it as many times as we want and whenever we feel like doing it. so what i am trying to say is.. everything depends on us. on how we handle it. confidence.. enough preparation and a prayer is all that may help us win over ielts.

for the sake of the license that we wanted to have.. to be a full pledge registered nurse in canada.. i am sure we can all do it!
