I do submitted loose with info written on back.

I think I submitted 170 pics in loose form. I placed it in a small transparent expanding envelopes, the same size of the pictures

I made a printed table in excel spreadsheet format and placed in columns their picture no., the description of what's going on in the picture and the persons in it and the date the picture was taken. For the pictures, I placed their picture no. (ex: Pic A1) as I divided them into 2 categories ; the wedding/engagement/honeymoon photos and our pics together/ pics with relatives and friends. I didn't want to write too much at the back of the photos though, thinking that my handwriting may not be legible for and we submitted them all in originals.

It depends on how you want to present your proof. As long as you submit it in loose, the guide says so . :) Good luck! :D :D :D

I printed pictures on the same paper I used for the rest of the app printing and photocopies of documents. For the passport photos I included those loose.

Thanks!!! Will submit loose..putting on paper will give me headaches for sure! Got confused cos the other girls told me they had theirs glued and they were approved. Oh well, better follow the rules :)
Kisses to all for the replies!!!

The rules say loose, but they mean not in binders or photo albums. It is fine to submit the photos printed off as photos; it is also OK to print them on A4 sized paper and print the explanation next to or under them; or to glue them to this size paper.

Got it!!! On the other hand i like glued cos its more organized! Thanks again!!! :D

I submitted all of our photos nicely arranged on a piece of standard sized computer paper... I glued them down and wrote my descriptions on the sides or underneath each photo. Just seemed more organized to me. I left the entire application pretty loose as suggested by many CIC agents. I think I used many 1 or 2 paper clips for the entire thing. The more and more I read up on here, the more I see I shouldn't have gone that route. Too late now.

I sent them in albums. but i asked them back & said that those are very valuable for me & then they gave them back to me. how ever i have to resend some more pictures & 1 of my friends told me to print all the pictures on A4 papers (photocopy papers) & explanation underneath on each picture & 2 pictures on 1 paper. its a good idea & the package wont be too much heavy too.
you can do it with corel draw easily

We reprinted about 100 from digital files at our local photo-printers, so they all came out the same size.

Each was identified with date, location, function on the back.

We sent them loose with a band round each half, all together in a separate labelled C5 envelope.

(We didn't get them back... yet).

Resend pictures? Meaning they need more evidence? I spent $55 on my 300 pictures. I dont really care if they send it back as long as the visa gets approved..but then who would want our pictures? Hahaha..yeah my cousin got her pics back though she submitted loose. Its just too thick to submit 300 loose pics alone and not glue them! Looks so disorganized..Good thing they accepted your album cos they said they dont want any containers ;)
