i get these errors when on add entry or save or calculate

Try hitting "Add Entry". Also make sure that the dates you enter have no gaps and exactly fit into the eligibility period. Don't quote dates that are outside, even if you were already in Canada.

there was some error on their website. it seems to have cleared up. before this, i saw errors even when i hit 'add entry'
