I did exactly as @kcward7 said, at the top on the back I wrote for example:

From left to right: (Name, Date of birth, Sponsor), (Name, Date of birth, Principal Applicant), (Name, Date of birth, Principal Applicants Mother)
Date: dd/mm/yyyy
Description: We celebrated (PA’s Mothers Name)’s birthday by going out for dinner together at BLANK restaurant.
