Photograph requirements for citizenship application

Hi, for citizenship application photograph, do we also have to upload the back of the photograph with our signature or guarantor's signature on it?

I had a professional photographer take mine and shared with in a digital format over email. It was already in the exact specification required for the application. Hello from where you got made Citizenship Photographs and did, they issued any receipt to fill the Name address date of photographer. Thanks
